Well, I was expecting my M40x Ultra kit to arrive today from Sean, and it still may.
I was surprised when I picked up my mail that my eGo kit was here...Early
I have now gone 1 hour and 40 minutes without a cigarette.
No biggie...maybe....but for me it is the longest I can remember since being in the hospital.
Definitely no craving for nicotine but the erg to grab a cigarette is large.
Wish me luck

The eGo came from Primo at NicFitNation.
I received Ultimate, Canadian Smooth and American blends @ 18mg, Primo threw in a Marlboro 10ml tester which my wife took to work.
The Ultimate has a nice cherry note to it while the Canadian Smooth has a slight Menthol hint.
Both juices are very nice, lots of Vapor with the eGo as well.
I haven't tried the American or Marlboro yet but I am impressed with the product thus far.

Sounds like your of to a good start! Have not heard of a M40x Ultra, please compare to ego once you get to try both out.

I think the "Ultra" just refers to the type of kit, not the model. It's just an M401.

Even with nic urges gone, the old habits still remain. It's always tough. good luck Wyatt.

I had the same problem of wanting to still pick up a smoke and go outside. So usually, I did. I would get about 3 drags in and realized that it tasted horrible. Once I finished the pack of cigarettes I had, I would pick up my Ego and go outside. That really helped with the habitual part of smoking. Also, I would recommend getting some higher nic juice for the times you really want to smoke and only use it when what you have isn't helping your craving. I keep some 36mg around in a cartomizer and use it after meals when the craving hits me the worst. The rest of the day I use 24mg and it seems to work fine. Now I am about one month in and have noticed that I don't need the 36mg near as much. Anyways...

Congratulations! And good luck! Feel free to ask anyone here anything. This is a great support group as well as an informative forum.

it took me about 6 weeks- but it was stress free. If i really wanted a cig, i had one, since i wasn't planning to quit (1 1/2 PAD 30+ years). I just gradually stopped wanting one. Give yourself time to learn the fiddly bits and don't stress about it. it's much more fun if you let yourself enjoy it. :)

Congrats! You are doing great! Enjoy the ride. I never thought I'd like vaping as much as I do. The wonderful flavors are what really did it for me. that and I still get to do the enjoyable part of smoking, the hand to mouth inhaling and blowing 'smoke'. Now I can breathe at night, don't wake up in the morning coughing chunks, no more bad smells! Love it!

Good luck and a great start so far. I set mine up just as if I had never stopped smoking even to the point of joining my friends at work outside who still smoke. I think this made it easier and less stressfull. I have some friends still trying to completely stop but they have cut way down so hang in there and don't get discouraged.
