Last order of Kringles Curse. Clouldy and a little off taste

On March 3rd 2013 I ordered 5 30ml bottles of Kringles Curse...3 bottles of 06mg/ml and 2 bottles of 12mg/ml. The06mg/ml has a slight off taste and is very very cloudy, not clear like what I am use too. The 12mg/ml are fine. Please let me know what to do. I think the batch might be bad.

Sorry to hear about this, have you contacted customer service? They can actually look into the lot number and see what may have happened.
Thanks CE for the reply. I contacted them on Friday...happy to say received a e mail today...they are going to check the batch and get back to me tomorrow. Hopefully this will be solved as I am running out of juice as I type. :(

Halo said these bottles are fine....I can't hardly see the dropper glass...Every bottle in the past has been cystal clear...would you vape this? These bottles are sealed never opened shipped as you see them. Been sitting in my vape room for 2 weeks or more just like the other bottles purchased from halo. Something is not right!

They look like dirty soapy water not the clear stuff I am used too.

Thanks CE, I did go through CS, BTW my wife and myself only vape Halo juices and have been doing so for over 3 years...we only buy from Halo...I have never seen thier juice look like this. I hope they make it right becauce we love their juices.

Good morning Joseph,

We tested the lot# and everything seems to be fine.

However, most of our e-liquid is pre-steeped. We recommend removing the cap and letting it sit loosely on the bottle for 24-48 hours. The color will darken the longer the liquid sits, and the taste will become much more pronounced. You can also try running the bottle under warm water, which helps to bring out more of the flavor.

Also, during the colder months, it is very important to make sure the liquid gets back to room temp after shipping to bring out the flavor and try giving a light shake from time to time. This helps to meld the liquid again, particularly if the liquid has gotten cold in transit.
