so, I got my new lavatube for xmas (pretty sweet so far) but I usually vape T3 tanks (maybe kanger T3?) and I use a smokelessimage spinner type VV battery on the tanks...I want to use my tanks now on the lavatube but need to know if there is an adaptor to do this connection since the lavatube is a 510 thread and my T3 is whatever it is...I mainly use kr808 cig batteries/gear so I just purchased an adaptor that is for connecting a kr808 cartomizer to a 510 battery connection, BUT it doesn't work because I didn't figure in the fact that my spinner batteries have a much larger size thread that goes deep inside the T3 tanks. QUESTION IS : can I buy some type of correct adapter or do I now need to buy all new 510 threaded tanks to vape on my lavatube and start all new again? also, the lavatube kit came with a tubetank, but I cannot seem to get it to vape properly...it worked briefly (gave vapor) but then quit vaping and now it gives no vapor and just tastes kinda burnt/funky so im not messing with this tubetank for awhile...(watched the volcano video how to prime/start using the tubetank but it don't work for whatever stupid reason)...I really would like to use my T3 tanks on my lavatube without buying all new tanks with a 510 connection, I have usually 7 tanks always in rotation.

the Kanger t3 uses an ego thread to connect to the battery, so all you would need is a 510 to ego adapter. We do not sell them but you can pick them up at a lot of places. Just google " 510 to ego adapter" and you will find what you are looking for.

Sorry to hear about the bad luck with the carto Tube Tank. Thats why we are updating to a newer version soon. Like the BCT Tube Tan we now have for our Inferno line.

When you do try it again, just make sure you prime the carto with around 40-50 drops of juice. I normally just keep going till juice comes out the side weep hole of the carto. Then put it in the tank fill the tank and then take about 5 "dry hits" (drawing without pressing the button) then it should be good to go. I do tend to dial the power down a little for the first few hits as well then crank it back up.

Also what pg/vg ratio are you using? Anything over the 70pg/30vg we sell might not go well. Too high in th eVG side and it will not wick well.

I primed the atomizer really good...soaked it good....probably more than 40 drops. it worked good for awhile then it started giving less and less vapor. I'm not sure what's the deal yet. I'm probably gonna just drain the juice from it and clean the atomizer and start over...thanks for your advice on the adaptor. after I posted the question I did some more research and discovered the same answer...510 to ego and I know where to buy it already...and also the pg/vg ratio of the juice I filled the tube tank was 80/20....pretty darn thin juice so I know it's not the thickness. I'd almost bet the atomizer is either just flooded or it's burn out already. I bought a spare atomizer when I bought the lavatube kit so im good to go on that. I also bought the Magma kit which I am really enjoying also...it has become my favorite ecig cig size kit so far, and I own lotsa different ecig kits.

Once you burn volcano cartos the carto is pretty much a lost cause. I lost at least 20 cartos due to failed priming. I think whatever filler they use in the carto sometimes melts/burns when it's not primed enough*. This in turn causes the absorption capacity of the filler to reduce. The burnt taste gets worse from there. So personally any amount of cleaning didn't help revive the burnt volcano cartos.

* I had burnt cartos at 3.3volts when I only inhaled for a second. It seems to happen really fast when it happens. It also appears to happen randomly even when the cartomizers are saturated in ejuice. So I don't think it's totally your fault. It could be bad volcano cartos.

im not totally sure if the atomizer is burnt. I emptied the tubetank today and boiled the atomizer in water real good and im letting it air dry...I am gonna give it another fill and try it sometime later this week, but im gonna make sure I use some cheap-.... juice this time because I lost a lot of juice the first time I filled the tank and it leak all over the place...I personally don't like this tubetank design. I will stick with my T3 tanks...
