what makes me angrier than receiving poor quality equipment from this company is their infuriatingly smug attitudes.

when I was shipped coffee liquid labelled chocolate, the kid who I talked to ensured me that mailing the wrong liquid "never happens" but they have sometimes labelled it wrong.

when I report that a battery they sent stopped working after two weeks, they send out another, but tell me to make sure I don't leave it on the charger too long (even though these batteries are specifically advertised that they can't be overcharged....)

now that the replacement batteries have stopped working, a week later...I'm being told I can send them back if I'd like, they'll test them and replace them IF they find anything wrong with them. REALLY? like I have nothing better to do but complain about batteries that are working?

and they add that I should make sure not to refill the cartomizers while they are still on the batteries. ok, so it's not the product but the user? I get it.
