complaint about healthcabin and warranty run around

I ordered a ego mega kit September 24, 2010. One battery one atomizer died within a week under their 6 month warranty of such items they instructed me to do a replacement order which I did returning the defective items and provided a scanned receipt from usps .... They told it was sent Nov 12, 2010 waited nothing. They sent another email after inquiring that the same replacement was now sent out Nov 22 still haven't received that.... now 2 weeks ago my 2nd battery went dead....extremely concerned not having received my first replacement (or any battery)they said they will send another battery free and I don't have to return the 2nd. Did another replacement order no reply (referenced in a thread about *ego mega 900mah battery problem's ) Still neither battery ......yesterday I inquired, they have no knowledge and are asking for my account #??(which provided) ? I'm so aggravated by the time you get their replacements the 6month warranty is over! (3 MONTHS AGO) I have all receipts AND 3 order numbers and provided them with all of the above and now they can't find anything. And the China airmail # from 1st replacement doesn't even exist? ? HELP........... I HAVE PM'D THEM TO NOT GO PUBLIC...... TO NO AVAIL. The funny thing, is your product arrives on time when you first order. 3 friends that I turned on to their site have had no problems.....but they haven't had to deal with warranty issues. THIS IS A horrible business experience!

I am sorry to hear that. we did send your first replacement order via china airmail for free one day after you placed your replacement order via our site. but it is unluckily delayed by Christmas.

we did send your second order last friday via china airmail. hope it has a good luck to reach you timely.

i can understand your bad feeling when replacements do not come as you expected on your point. you have reason to complain about us, because it is the case that you have not gotten your new free replacement.

so all i hope now is that you can get both 2 orders asap. :)

Its not FREE IF ITS WARRANTIED WHEN I PAY TO SHIP BACK......you say FREE TWICE??

I'd like to know **if and **when these 2 supposed mailings finally get here ........and another battery goes bad are you, as you should, be willing to extend the 6 month warranty to equate to the overdue days moths at this point ? Because your of excuses (putting it mildly) the same product, 1st mailing going out on two different days.......nov 12 then 22........is lie you cant confuse anything when you instruct us to put original # in the note section. I now have 3 order #s, aren't these #s supposed to prevent mistakes or confusion?

I've heard every excuse to delay my warranty time (which you say is 6 months)

China air... excuses to date~ that you don't remember, bad weather, holidays, sporting events etc. Your site states China air can be up to a month NOT THREE ..... i sent and you related you received my bad battery and Atty on Oct 22 after i mailed it on oct 8 ..... so you waited 20 days to mail it (after you said) "we haven't received it yet" This is aggravating, especially considering I've had 2 friends order From your site.

I mailed it to you on Oct 8. Am I just lucky with the post office? Waiting this long is unreasonable ....period

i am sorry that we did not send new replacements to you earlier after you sent dead items back on Oct 8. so your orders met the bad shipping that started since Nov. :(

Still not here. Can anyone help me out here. I thought ecf offers help with situations like such as the 2 separate warranty issues, with no real answers. The tracking number doesn't even exist? ?? As I've described here....... This is just horrible business. I mean really the first Replacement order Nov 12! Come On anyone else would've sent these items overnight if their customer had been waiting going on 3months....... Oct 8 they confirmed that they received my mailing took 10 days regular mail from Illinois to their hands yet they waited til Nov 12 and I still don't have this order let alone the 2nd order................. Healthcabin.......you there, moderator, anyone ?
