I ordered a ego mega kit September 24, 2010. One battery one atomizer died within a week under their 6 month warranty of such items they instructed me to do a replacement order which I did returning the defective items and provided a scanned receipt from usps .... They told it was sent Nov 12, 2010 waited nothing. They sent another email after inquiring that the same replacement was now sent out Nov 22 still haven't received that.... now 2 weeks ago my 2nd battery went dead....extremely concerned not having received my first replacement (or any battery)they said they will send another battery free and I don't have to return the 2nd. Did another replacement order no reply (referenced in a thread about *ego mega 900mah battery problem's ) Still neither battery ......yesterday I inquired, they have no knowledge and are asking for my account #??(which provided) ? I'm so aggravated by the time you get their replacements the 6month warranty is over! (3 MONTHS AGO) I have all receipts AND 3 order numbers and provided them with all of the above and now they can't find anything. And the China airmail # from 1st replacement doesn't even exist? ? HELP........... I HAVE PM'D THEM TO NOT GO PUBLIC...... TO NO AVAIL. The funny thing, is your product arrives on time when you first order. 3 friends that I turned on to their site have had no problems.....but they haven't had to deal with warranty issues. THIS IS A horrible business experience!
