And btw Mama, in your few days with it are you seeing any leaking using the Pro Tank heads on the Mini Trophy? Also did you experiment with the ProTank II Heads (single coil) or the Pro Tank III?
 sorrys we posted together there

I have not had any leaking. I have been using the protank coils that were out awhile ago when I bought a bunch. I haven't ventured into any dual or anything yets. Rite now I'm tootin on a 1.8ohm and lovin it :D

Thank you darlin' - I posted your video on all the product pages for the Mini Trophy : ) Thanks for permission!

The reason I wanted you to test is I usually vape Vision Victory VT and not alot of day-to-day on the Kanger ProTank. I wanted to get a true honest feel for these in the Mini Trophy from a person who is used to what to expect from a Pro Tank head. Plus it gave me a chance to watch you put yet another piece of vaping equipment up your nose!

And honestly, wow that got to you fast - kudos to our postal ppl in Houston! Only two days using regular postage (Not Priority). Nice illustration of the Sugar Land Express. Less than 48 hours if you count it hour by hour : )

Your welcome honey :D Not only is it working well function wise but I'm also getting great flavor with it. To be honest I'm a number one protank fan. This is right up there with it and actually it screws together alittle smoother then the protank when putting the tank on the base. I dunno if that's because it is new or the threads are better  I'm happy :D with it.

Oh and thanks fer da candys too :D

Yeah I do  silly huh ?

No thats an excellent idea especially with bottom coils. These are manufactured in a 'factory' (!! whaddaya know) and there is oil in the air amongst other things...always in our best interest on any carto to run some hot water and pass it through it, let it dry or pat it dry with a paper towel, etc...in the interest of a true vape from the start.

I just got one of these, and thought I'd share my impressions.

Once again I'd like to thank Monkey Mama for the video, as her confirming the compatibility of ProTank / Evod heads in this device swayed me to get one to try.
I also swapped out the head for a PT / Evod head, and it works fine for me too.
The heads are almost identical, with the exception of the Evod head's flange is a slightly larger diameter. I can't help but wonder exactly how interchangeable they are in various tanks and cartos.

The Mini Trophy is a little taller than Mini ProTank II, which it so closely resembles. Side by side one could mistake them for each other easily; however, they are actually significantly different.

I was a bit surprised to find these don't disassemble the way Mini ProTanks do. In this aspect they are more akin to an Evod, which in retrospect is why I suppose they are classified as cartos rather than tanks.

This makes them more like an Evod when it comes to cleaning, but the supports between the air tube ring and the threaded ferrule make it a little more difficult.

The Evod's air tube is unsupported when the base it off leaving the juice well accessible during cleaning to blow out excess water or run a pipe cleaner around to dry it out. Blowing out a Mini Trophy is impossible. One can get a pipe cleaner in there, but it's difficult to get rid of all the condensation. If that's important to you a little time air drying may be in order.

The Mini ProTanks have 2 supports between the air tube ring and ferrule. As an Evod user I learned quickly keep those supports turned away from the juice bottle nipple during filling. Failing to do so causes the juice to run right into the air tube.

The Mini Trophy has 3 supports, and the filling space between them is narrower than the Mini ProTank's. I advise a little slower filling of the Mini Trophy compared to the other two.

The main reason I tried this carto is because I wanted to test the draw. I'm a bit disenchanted with the draw on Evods, as I find them a little too tight. The lack of air/vapor mix causes heavier flavors to become somewhat cloying. I find the draw on Mini ProTanks a little too airy, and regulate those to heavier flavors like Belgian Waffle, as they make fruity flavors a little too light. What I want is something in between, and this carto is pretty close.

On a draw scale of 1-10 with Evods at 1 and MPT's at 10 I'm looking for a 5. This Trophy ranked at about 7, which isn’t a lot different than the MPT. Nevertheless, it’s different enough, and I found it to be quite pleasant with both Belgian Waffle and Orange-Pineapple 80/20 juices. That's about as close to perfect as I've found.

They may require a little more work to clean and a little more caution in filling, but this one delivered a great vape for me. I'll definitely be getting more.
