Last night i recieved my first order of ejuice from totally wicked and they have the ingredients listed. The number 2 ingredient is Tobacco lead oil < 5%. Am I missing something? Or maybe a typo on their part (misunderstanding on my part) but i do not want to be vapping lead; i think? Also anyone know if any harm is done from their other listed ingredients. 2,3,5-Trimethylpyrazine <1%, 2,3,5,6-Trimethylpyrazine <1%, 2,5-Dimethylpyrazine<1%, 2-Acetypyrazine<1%, 2-Methyl butyic acid <1%, Terp ineol<1%, Ethyl maltol <1%, Guaiacol <1%, Acetyl pyridine <2%, Octalactone(gamma) <1%. I'm not gonna bother with listing the water, PG, VC, and nic. But the lead just really stood out to me.

I also purchased from totally wicked as they are one of the few US suppliers and I wanted to stay away from the China manufactured juice. Come to find out Totally Wicked's juice in manufactured in China so i guess now i'll just purchse direct from China and go with the cheapest price. Kinda disapointing.

Ohh yeah i'm sure it's just a disclaimer to save their but from lawsuits, but right on the bottle it says toxic by inhalation. That's what the stuff is manufacturered for! Thats like putting a harmful if swallowed on a bottle of water. I love vapin and i'm pretty sure it's a lot safer than smoking analogs, but i do not like the idea of vaping lead. I appologize in advance if someone else has already covered this topic, but i'm fairly new to this forum and have not seen this discussed yet.

They must have got thousands of labels printed with that typo and are waiting to use them up before they fix it. That's one they really need to fix before getting them printed again.

If it was a printing error, you would think they could go back to the printer and have them re-run gratis??

Only if they weren't asked to poof the copy first. Most print shops will have you sign off on a proof before a large run, and if you miss something on the proof, it's on you.
That's it exactly. Poor proof-reading. Even a spell checker would have missed that one cause it's a legit word. You got to read and re-read then have someone else read and then sign-off on it.

Okay, so now i feel alot better than i'm not reinforcing my body with lead, but what about some of the other ingredients. I remember from a past post that i can't find now that some ingredient starting with a D was a cancer causer. Also seems like a .... load of chemicals when it's advertised as a healthier alternative to smoking. Sure it's a lot less than cigarettes but a lot of weird chems nonetheless.

It's such a bad mistake though, in the sense of dangerous even, seeing what people could do with misusing this typo, that I wouldn't be using these labels myself anymore. Shame on the money, but into the dumpster with them and make new asap (or, though probably not feasible in practice: sit down for a few days and change the typo by hand on each and every left-over label)...

TW had tests done on their juice and carts by a lab and posted the results publically. Have a search on this site and you should be ale to find copies / links to the lab reports.

PS - To everyone going on about it being a 'typo': I have read everything about it I understand that it wasn't a typo in the strict sense of the word - just a bad choice of words (done in China) - ie it is meant to say 'lead' (pronounced leeed, not led) as in main, first, etc. I do not believe it was a typo from 'leaf' from the information I have read.
