Most if not all our devices are ROHs certified. Google will tell you what that means. 
(not sure myself yet on that Dawnfox - are you seeing more then this post perhaps?)

I'm thinkin that ROHS is more for lead-free solders in electronics....nothing to do with paint...but I could be wrong (it happened once )

I didn't know this. Is there more info anywhere? A search on the ROHs site returns nothing for cigarette or e-cigarette.

C'mon dude, I for one don't know what substance makes my 901 white as opposed to blue....for all I know it could well be some form of lead paint. I don't know why OP's question is getting so much ridicule.
I don't really see how it's relevant either way. You don't put your mouth on the paint itself, and the mouthpiece is plastic. The atomizers don't heat the paint enough to peel it off.
