My wife was experiencing the same thing on her Windows 7 system last night. I don't experience that issue on my Mac. Go figure.

hmmm, I will have to try that. I tried reading the Help about the bookmarks, it starts out saying: go to the Firefox button... I'm like, uh, what Firefox button? There is no Firefox button. sigh.

The Firefox button should be in the top left, in the title bar. If it's not, and you have the normal menu "File, Edit, View..." menu bar, go to View > Toolbars and uncheck 'Menu Bar'. Then you'll have the Firefox button.

If the menu bar isn't visible at all, press F10.

I would have to suggest delete firefox and go get google chrome.
