I've been really happy with my refill method.

I use the condom method, then spin, then dip it in the condom again to top it off, then spin it once more before capping. This seems to keep the gurglies at bay, and the carts last a good while. Once they're all filled, they sit for at least 12 hours battery end down in a box before I use one just to further let them "settle."

Jm, the secret, no matter what refill method you use, is practice, practice, practice. ;)

There's a learning curve. When I first started using cartomizers it took me WEEKS before I could refill them reliably. And then when I switched from the LTv9 cartos to the VK cartos I went through it all over again.

But for the record, the factories all use the syringe method.
Any chance at a video demonstration of the factory doing the syringe refill? What gauge needle? Do they inject it with the needle inserted in to different areas of the filling?

I apparently have no work ethic or financial temperance whatsoever regarding all of this.

After getting pretty good at all of the methods, because it's fun to learn stuff, I now just top with the condom method (very tidy and unmessy to me) until I get vaguely bored with that carto, or have experimented with enough combinations that it's what the kids, referring to soda pop mixology, call a "graveyard".

Then I put condoms on both ends, make it a vague promise to call sometime, and put it somewhere or another. And order more cartos and juice, because I can't help it.

That is not advice. It is a confession.

I still want to know if cartos can be dried quickly but running them thru the clothes dryer in a cotton pouch or something. Will try it sometime.

ok well ive killed two cartos now trying to learn whats inside can you boil them or clean them with out tearing them apart?

Yes you can boil them. Just be sure to remove the cap/caps at the mouth end. I boil them for 3 minutes change the water and boil for another 3 mins. clean the caps with running water. Blow out excess water from the cartos and let dry for a few hours and they are good to go.
