leaking and gurgling EVOD2

Sometimes I think it is the juice itself.
I've noticed some juices "burn" easily. Perhaps turn down the voltage you are vaping at if you can? Also, sometimes the thicker the juice, the more difficult it is in the EVODs and you get the gurgling and spitting, at least that is what I have found.
Then again, I only use my EVOD for vaping on work breaks now. You might want to consider going to a mechanical or box Mod soon if you like real thick juices, and getting a dripper.

^^yeah when I was new with a brand new evod I thought that's EXACTLY where you filled it! Ultimate "noob" move.
maybe it's the juice, or when filling it make sure you get it down into the tank past the center tube and cut outs...a syringe bottle might be better for filing the tank?

Could also be how you are vaping - I get some guggling on occasion too, so I investigated possible issues. Slow & steady draw, into mouth and then inhale. Not exactly like smoking analogs. Search this forum, there are plenty of places to get more information.
Also - what are you vaping, what is the concentation, and what tank are you using? Those things can all be adding to your issues. good luck!!!

Hi after filling and before you put the atomizer on your battery take a paper towel and wrap around the bottom of the atomizer and blow through the drip tip a few times. It will expell the extra liquid into the paper towel then attach the atomizer and vape. You should no longer have the gurgling and spitting. It should be fine after that...you might want to make it a habit after filling to do this. Sometimes liquid gets into the air valve causing the issues your describing. Give it a try. This should fix your problem. Hope this helps. Best wishes
After multiple google searches, hours of research, and coil/ juice change troubleshooting I finally figured out how to solve the gurgling/juice mouth issue.

I had so much trouble with my pair of evods, they just sit on the shelf now. They would spit way more than condensation could account for, and leak through the head to the battery. I still havent found a solution. I switched up to a mini protank 3 and have been extremely pleased. For my at work vaping anyways. At home i run a mini nautilus or iclear 30s for thinner juices. Best of luck with your evods though. I wish mine would work for backups
I have not had any problems with my Kangertech Kantertech EVOD glass with the 1.5u dual coils. Not sure if I have just been lucky or what but the only time I have had any issues with juice in my mouth is when I am not paying attention and let the juice get too low. Come to think about it I really haven't had any issues with my single coil Kanger tanks either.
