Place the mouthpiece end of the cartomizer into the lanyard and spin. Centrifugal force will push all the juice to bottom end of the cartomizer.

Noooo, place the battery end of the cartomizer into the lanyard and spin. Mouth end will empty the cart.

I filled out a ticket, they responded in one day. They told me I had that because I had had a total of 5 bad carts, they would send me a pack of my choice or equivalent store credit. Got some WOW Carmel being shipped today. Best and fastest customer service I have experienced in any industry. They are now my official home for cartamizers.

The packages were fine. They leaked when i got them. And the vanilla leaked while i was using it.

me too ...just got my starter package and my wow chocolate is leaking up into the opening ( does this mean is is overfilled in factory ? i also have a cappucino which is not used up and very hot !
