Try this...pull off the tube, and place a SINGLE layer of teflon tape around the base of the connector. Then GENTLY push the tube back on. More than a single layer will probably crack the tube so be careful!

Or juse get a 3cc syringe and replace the tube!

Another little trick I've come up with is to use dental floss.

Take a length of floss and wrap it around the bottom of the O-ring. Make 2 full wraps while pulling it tight so that the floss pulls in under the O-ring and makes the O-ring expand slightly. Trim the extra off and tuck the ends in as well with a thin blade like a razor blade or knife. Add a couple drops of juice around the base of the carto to help it slide on. Works every time!
