I got into vaping about 3 years ago. I stocked up on CE2's from Gotvapes. The tubes back then kept cracking and had leaking issues. I searched here and took the suggestion to cut syringes for a tighter fit. I couldn't get that to work either and gave up vaping out of frustration. I want to give this another go, but before I buy new stuff I would like to use the forty or so CE2 clearos I have left. I also have about 20 "extra thick" tubes which also crack and leak.

Can anyone suggest ways to use or alter the tubes I have? All I can think of is to apply glue or tape the end of the tube to prevent leakage. Thanks for any ideas you can offer.

Yeah, I remember the clearo tube cracking situation, that's why I switched to the using the metal CE2's in tanks. There were tanks made to use plastic tubed versions, but I never used one and can't recall any of their names, getting ahold of a tank would probably be ideal for you, though it might prove difficult to find one for purchase. You could get verified and put a wanted add in the classifieds for one of those old tanks. I may have another option you might consider, if interested send me a pm.

Hi axmncg. Good to see you want to return to vaping. Rob at Good Prophets used to make a tank for the ce2 that used only the base/stem/head.... you actually remove the tube completely... send him an email and he may have some left. They where quite ahead of their time..... if that is a no go then you are basically back to modding the tubes with the bd syringe tubes... i have done it a few times and does work brilliantly once you get the hang of it. Good Luck. Happy Vaping .
