So I think I messed up all of my T3 heads...

The way I decided to clean them was to take everything apart and rinse it all off with hot water. Then I let the head and wick soak overnight in hot water. When I let everything dry out and reassembled it, it all looks normal but I am getting horrible flooding/leaking issues. I'm talking juice in my mouth, juice on the battery etc.

Anyone know what might be causing this? Is it because of soaking the wicks in water? Should I just give them a quick rinse and dry burn until the water is gone in the future?

My first thought is that in your cleaning process, maybe you misplaced or forgot the silicon "cup" or one of the seal o-ring things? Are you sure the head post was pushed all the way in and then put the cap back over the post? Hmmm, that's all I can think of right now.
Yeah I made sure everything was on tight, including the post and cap

So I took a flavor wick from one of the other leaking ones and put it in (so I have 3 flavor wicks and then the main wick around the coil) and it seems to have helped a lot (possibly fixed the issue). I think when I let the wicks soak and then dry out the changed shape/got compacted to the point that they weren't filling up enough of the passage way and letting the juice leak in.

What are the stock T3 wicks made from? I'd like to get more if possible, I don't really want to risk smoking a cotton ball or something if I rewick it.

The T3 wicks are silica and will begin to splinter after a while. I had a T3 last about 20 weeks and when I decided to rewick with cotton the silica wick was in little pieces. Like a dummy when I was trying to get the little silica splinters out I messed up the coil. This one will be a good trial for making a new coil, though.

I rewick with cotton cheesecloth and it works great. You'll have to remove all the cotton wicks to dry burn and then replace with new, but the procedure is very simple.

Take a look at this link: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/clearomizers/385799-how-i-re-wick-my-t3s-cheesecloth-pictues.html
