Sorry your having an issue, I would guess the O-ring is the culprit.
I have a feeling some people over tighten the cap.

Maybe the hole has become enlarged somehow .... don't know.
Keep us posted on what you find

I've been meaning to pick up some extra o-rings just incase ... thanks for reminding me.
Gonna pick up some to fit drip tips too.

it's coming out of the top of the cap a little, and it seems like the juice is leaking out of the bottle around the threads. idk what could be causing this.

i haven't had any experience with leaking from the top of the cap, so i can't speak to that, but....

if its leaking around the threads..... common causes:
bottle has been screwed in too tight.
bottle has been screwed in too loosely.
o ring has slipped out of its spot.
o ring has swollen from the juice and no longer fits correctly.

if the o ring has swelled, you can rinse/bathe the o ring in very hot water then let sit to dry for a time on paper towel...it should go back to its normal size.

if you have ruled out these common causes, i suggest you contact Rob for trouble shooting. you can also read this thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-tricks-some-basic-troubleshooting-ideas.html for other tips.

keep me posted. :)

Oh scubasteve, I'm so sorry that you may have to be without your REO. The good news is that Rob does a really fast turn around on repairs.

Oh good gawd. Don't send your Reo to Rob over a leaky bottle.

Try this:

Looking at this, I think the O-ring can be eliminated with the 6ml bottles just by cutting the nozzle part of the dropper tip that fits the bottle off and removing the core of it. That'll provide a proper shoulder for the tube/cap assembly to seal onto, and get rid of the O-ring, which is the part that likely retains flavors the most. Just throwing this out there.
