I havent seen this exact issue doing a search so forgive newbie :)

I have a vision 2 replaceable head and its working well (altho my aiv zombie is starting to taste a bit toasty towards end of my 3rd tank?) and i bought some boge c4s and the two ive been using leave my batter with a juice puddle. Not a ton, but connector is covered. Ill use a qtip and clean it, puff a few times and its wet. The v2 version i might get some dampness after hours and hours of use, but not this much!
The boge have a springy post, should i be cranking it down tighter?

Thanks :)

Just seems part of using these style clearos, which I've been using exclusively for almost a year. Changes in temp make for some pooling. Overfilling does, too. The juice gets into the center post area and slowly comes out.

I rotate a number of clearos / flavors in a day. When not using a clearo, I roll up a piece of paper towel and thread it through the hole in the bottom. It collects all the excess juice, then once I'm ready to vape, I generally won't get any liquid pooling for an hour or two.

It's no worse, really, than the dual coil XL cartos I used to use; and which I can no longer use since clearos taste / work that much better.

I rewick my heads with cotton and find it important to view the area where the wick, the housing and the rubber cap meet under magnification so I can fluff the wick so there are no gaps at all in that area.

No gaps, head on tight and rubber cap fully seated...never a gurgle or a leak.YMMV.

Edit. If the drip tip has been overtightend at all it might have pulled the polycarb tube out of the top or bottom steel rings on the tube. It should be smooth where they meet, no indents.
It can be re-seated by pressing down firmly on the tube on a hard flat surface.
Not when it's assembled or on a device.
