I have a bunch of stardust types (boge, generic, v2..) and I like them. I've been using them to work my way through sampling to find some juice I like. Seems i'm picky ;)
I don't like my sweeter juices getting kinda toasty towards the end of vaping my 3ml samplers (so 2 tanks) but vapor is good and flavor is good.

I have been playing with my mini novas and they are ok. I haven't been using them as heavy as the stardusts because I didn't want to put juice I didn't like in them. vapor is good, flavor isn't as good as c4s right now, but ok.

I have one t3 and my gosh...it sucks. I love love loved zombie from AIV in a c4 and quickly vaped through my sampler. I bought a bigger bottle and filled up the t3 which has the biggest tank of the clearos I own, and I can't taste squat. just weird aftertaste but no flavor. I'm getting almost no vapor for 50% of my hits, it's all airy and the hits I DO get are rather weak compared to the c4 and nova.

I've heard great things about the EVOD, but I don't know if I should try it if I hate the T3 this much.
and I know protank is the holy grail, but I don't want to waste 15-20 bucks if it functions like the t3 AT ALL.

anyone?

If you tape up 1or 2 of the air holes on theT3 base the draw is a lot better, I soak my T3 coils in hot water
and a cap of mouth wash, then rinse good with hot water. I think the T2 is better for draw and taste.
If you get a protank I would also get the evod coils to use for it, they will fit and the draw is less airy.

This place is having a great sale on clearo's...

I'd be much more apt to try a protank if I liked another kanger....
will I hate the evod as much as I dislike the t3?

I tried covering a hole with my finger while drawing and made the draw much less airy, but i'm still getting a bunch of bum hits and no flavor even when I do get vapor....and the vapor is pretty iffy. honestly my cigalike was much better than the t3!

It sounds like your T3 coil is flooded. Try blowing through the T3 from the battery end. If that doesn’t work, rinse the coil under warm water and then blow it out. You can also try vaping it a few times upside down, so the wicks aren’t covered with juice.

The T3 was kind of hit and miss for me, but it was a good first try at a large bottom coil clearo for Kanger. IMHO, the Evod and Protank are much better. They’re supposed to be coming out with a new T3 that has a coil assembly like the Protank.

Ugh, having the worst luck!

I had a purple boge c4 and last week was fiddling with it and I pulled the body off the base (it's NOT a v2) while there was about .5ml of my cupcake city sampler left in it. BOO!
The t3 is just sucky. it's new, i've tried out a few (didn't like) flavors so I dumped them and rinsed well, but it's ALWAYS performed like this and probably 1ml of juice has been vaped from it.

Then I had washed out my one v2 that I liked since i'd vaped like 3+ tanks of zombie from AIV and it was getting a little toasty tasting, reassembled it and filled it and....nothing. no fire. WHA?
emptied it and rinsed it and it fired with just the head on the battery. Left it to dry, but that was the one clearo actually working for me.
Then I had mystic mandalime (i'm working my way through all the AIV flavors if you couldn't tell. LOL) in my red boge and i kept getting juice but just a tiny bit on my fingers and other bits and pieces in my case.
Looked closely at it last night and I had a hairline crack from base up....not sure if juice or it just failed.

WORST LUCK!

And now after what, 8 weeks my "SUPER UBER TASTER" tongue where even faintest flavors were too strong went awry and now everything tastes weird and funky. So that just happened :(

I dug out my white cloud cigalike and vaped some menthol (I can't seem to find a juice that doesn't taste like vaporub) and I could taste that and the vapor was great compared to my T3 anyway...lol. so that helped a bit.
not enjoying my AIV flavors all the sudden tho. I can barely taste them all the sudden!

Welcome to the vapor-tongue club, my friend; I know EXACTLY what you mean about losing your tasting ability. From what I've read, it's a pretty common (read: happens to EVERY new vaper) at some point around the 1.5-2 month range. Don't worry, it comes back :) Stick to the menthols for a bit (SubZero from Halo works great for this, IMO), drink lots of water, brush your tongue when you brush your teeth, etc. etc.

I haven't tried the T3s, so I can't really expand on why they've given you so much trouble. I CAN say the Protank is awesome with eVod heads, the T2 is a great top-coil (and easier to fill, since the mouth-piece unscrews and you fill from the top), and for sampling, so far nothing has beaten the T4s. They're practically disposable clearos that hold about 1ml, top-coil, again, easy to fill.

LOL, on a slow day I drink a gallon....most days more like 2. And I wish I was kidding. I carry a 48oz cup with my everywhere I go and can down it in seconds. I never used to drink water until I got pregnant with my oldest and now I cannot stop!

I think I may take a gamble on a evod, and playing with my vivis i'm getting better performance, plus I put my AIV juice in them which makes far far better vapor than the mt baker stuff I had tried.
the T3 and I are enemies however. It's in the corner having a time-out!

In my experience with the T3 and EVOD, removing one of the three loose silica wicks improves taste, and prevents flooding with thinner juice. On a website where the Protank is sold., they advise not to go below 1/3 full or else it will flood due to the vacuum created. I don't have an Protank to confirm this. The EVOD is better in my opinion, the draw is not as airy, and because it holds less, keeping it topped up to avoid flooding is alot easier. Also it doesn't leak from the top compared to the T3 when stored upside down/sideways. There is a fix for the T3 to avoid that though which is to take a small screwdriver, jam it into center hole at an angle and twist, to create a flange on the seal.

I have been using my EVOD for a little more than a day now. My favorite clearo thus far (to be fair I have only ever tried the SI nano clearos, needless to say, those are in the trash). I haven't had flooding issues but once when I vaped the tank down too far. Top 'er off and good as new. As usual, YMMV.

I used all of those BCC clearos....the protank CAN be good, the EVOD can be good, but all severly limited to dry burning after just a few days, and VG juices (including AIV) clogging up, sometimes taking a wick out really helps with the juice flow....otherwise i dont use them anymore
