Leaking

Almost everytime I receive shipments from Halo I find some slight leakings inside bubble wrap for some of them. It was never really an issue for me as they were mostly minimal, but this time one bottle I received was missing about 5ml of juice. I think the caps need to be screwed tighter before shipping out. I can always turn the caps tighter from the way they come, and that's usually the first thing I do whenever I receive shipments from Halo.

Sorry to hear that! That's quite a bit of juice missing. Have you contacted customer service? They should be able to help you out. We don't usually have to may leaking issues so it seems strange that you say almost all your orders have this problem. Is there any possibility that your packages / bottles get opened while in customs? Just curious if the additional handling may be part of the problem.

The ones you receive don't have the heat shrink plastic seal around the caps? If that's the case, someone is getting into them before you get them.

Wow, I've never had even a drop leaking from my bottles of Halo. I'm betting it's customs.

Thanks for the reply. Although I live in Canada I live close to a border, so I make it shipped to my parcel receiving service near the border and pickup there. I will contact CS.

The plastic seal was on. Inside the bubble wrap which this bottle was in I saw some juice leaked out. It happened with 7ml bottles more often, but there's definately been more than couple occasions other than this one that I held a 30ml bottle out of box and I got a little bit of juice on my hand. I've also had a 7ml bottle missing about 1/4 of juice from other previous order as well. I'm actually surprised this was never brought up before if it hasn't.

I've gotten a lot of bottles of Halo juice and have never had any leaking.

Strange. I've never had that happen with Halo's juice as well. Not even with the 7ml bottles.

I've only had a problem when they were changing the 7ml tips, nothing lately.

I've only gotten the 30ml glass bottles from Halo, and they've always been dry and tightly sealed. Hope this doesn't happen to you again!

Never happened to me, and I have ordered a lot- sample packs, 7ml bottles and 30ml. If anything, the shrink wrap on the 30ml bottles is a nightmare to remove. That and with a child safety cap, I don't see how they could open up during shipping.

I have bought four 30ml bottles of Tribeca and every one has leaked, It is almost like the liquid builds up inside the top of the lid and when you put the lid back on it drips down the side. When I go to pick up the bottle there is always a slight puddle at the bottom. I have got to the point where I empty them into some spare 30ml drip plastic bottles. Halo needs to seriously look at new bottle design. Love the color. Hate the leaks.

Mine are fine when they arrive. It is after they are opened that they seem to leak.

I've order/received three 30ml bottles and thirteen 7ml bottles (including 1 sampler). Never had a single issue.

I've never had this happen either with the 7ml or 30ml glass bottles. Wonder if it is a shipping/handling issue there?
