Leaky 510

Hi everybody! I have a Joye 510 set and Smoking Everywhere set. I don't like the whistley sound that the SE has, so my main e-cig is the 510. With the 510, I also have the PCC, which is great for charging batteries on the go. Keeps me going all day.

The only issue I have with the 510 is leaking. When I take my ecig apart and pack it in the PCC, juice from the atomizer/cart will leak ALL over the atty hole in the case, so when I pull it out it's absolutely covered in juice. Also, if I put my ecig down for a while, say overnight, juice will leak out from the threads all over, covering the whole ecig and sometimes emptying the cart completely.

One time, I had left my ecig standing up in a little center console compartment in my car, battery-side down. Half an hour later, the battery was covered in juice, there was a small puddle in the bottom of the compartment, and the cart was completely empty.

This usually only happens when I'm using pyramid teabag filler in the carts, but it has also happened with polyfill.

Any suggestions?

DJ Colburn---Sounds like a bad case of overfilling as there simply should not be that much e-liquid free to leak like that. Try switching off the tea bags and back to the polyester core and keep it moist but not pooling. Other then that there in not much you can do.

My 510 had never done this so I would really think this is a simple case of overfilling.
