I just got my SB and LOVE its performance however, I have to keep a cloth wrapped around it because the juice leaks from the four vents between the unit and the atty connection. What am I doing wrong? It does this all the time. My carts are not flooded by the way. It doesn't leak with cartomizers and only leaks a little if I am dripping. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

I have tried with my 510 LV from HV in Canada as well as the 510 atty that came with my eGo. Any suggestions on what kind of atty to use that won't do this on the SB? I just love this PV and am so impressed.....now I want to be sure I am using the proper accessories to compliment it and make it function the way it was designed!

It's possibly just a dodgy atomiser. I have a couple of 510 and 901 attys that leak whenever I use them. Does it happen with other atomisers, or is it just one?

All 6 of my 510 regular atty's and all 5 of my LV 510's. The juice comes out from these little vents at the connection. The atty's don't leak on my eGo or PT. Surely the vents are there for a reason........if only I knew how to stop them from making my hands sticky lol.

Makes sense. Thank you jasezero and gratefulbuddy! I won't stand it up anymore and maybe try some different kinds of atty's. So happy it's just an atty issue though......I can't imagine anything wrong with this PV!

You're welcome...i love my SB too...i just ordered the passthrough for it the other day...should be here shortly =)

You could always try putting a thin O-ring on the atty, it might help, but it may also make for a stiff draw.

That might help, but it could cut off too much air to the atty.

Thank you Malyden!! I sent Rob a pm about it but wasn't sure if I should have directed the question to the canadian supplier instead. I figured since Rob and Chad are the innovators of it, I started with them. I think it's only proper to contact the makers of the PV first but know how busy they all must be and appreciate everyone on this forum for helping me out. So far every problem I've had was operator error (outside of getting hosed into a Smoking Everywhere product first)....oh wait, that's user error too because I didn't do my homework first. At least my mistakes brought me to this forum.

Yeah, the vents are there to allow airflow so we can inhale the Good Stuff. They should be the same on your eGo and PT as well. I just got a BSB yesterday myself, but I've only been dripping with 510 attys, and have been leaving it standing up constantly (well, when it hasn't been in my hand anyway). No leaking here, so I'm not sure what to suggest if you've tried other attys that seem to work well on other devices. I'm sure that with an avatar pic as cute, inquisitive and naked looking as yours you should have no problem finding many kindly gentlemen willing to help you resolve your problem though :)

Thank you gentlemen for making my whole week! I have been laying down the SB on my desk rather than standing it on end and that has resolved the issue of leaking while the unit is idle. I am having difficulty holding it horizontal though to vape as I am used to keeping it vertical (this thing weighs more than I expected) but if holding it properly stops the leaking, then my issue is resolved! I may have to try the different atty route though as my eGo and PT don't leak while standing on end so hopefully, new atty's are the issue. You guys, and lady, ROCK!!
