Seems to be very fast!

I've been vaping since the second week of March, started with C-Twist and clearos for about 2 weeks, got a Kanger Mini protank 2 so I could vape "clearo cracking" flavors, then got a 306 atty, fell in love with dripping for a few weeks, then I got a Mini-Octopus RDA because it drips nice and holds more juice. All within the space of 2 months.

Now I'm thinking hard about getting a real Mod and a better RDA like an IGO-W. Is this normal? I constantly want to better the experience...it's hard for me to stay satisfied at any vaping level I've been to. I'm also getting concerned that my vaping costs are still about 1/2 my analog costs. I was hoping more for like a buck or so a day.

Perfectly normal. I think we are all looking for that perfect vape experience. be it for clouds or flavor or both. I find what I think is perfect then buy something else to see how it compares all the time. I honestly believe The nature of human kind is to never be 100% satisfied. We seem to forever chase that better this or that.

One of the advantages (downsides) of a largely unregulated industry such as this is there's always something new coming out. Every day, actually; I have to be a recluse and stay away from the net not to see something new being introduced. If you're a cloud chaser, it takes discipline not to want to have the newest thing as soon as you see it. If you can manage that, eventually you'll get your setup(s) the way you like them and taper off the purchasing, it's all about finding out what works for you. In the meantime, there won't be any savings, you'll astonish yourself if you stop to add it all up.

Expensive, but fun anyway. It's all good!

Yes, but the rub is that with analogs, you get a pretty consistent routine going, with few options to change. Options are great, but in the wild and wool world of vaping, there's almost too dang many!

I got past the learning curve when I had my RBA's down. Once I could make an SS mesh wick and coil it right I was good. Of course that included checking ohms, and for hard shorts, and of course I had to learn what batteries to use in my mech but none of that took very long at all.

Then I started making my own juice, which I got sorted out in about a week, and now I'm totally settled into my groove with a juice that's my full time vape and my mech and RSST. It works so well for me I can't see why I should do anything else. I know there's a galaxy of awesome hardware out there, and I don't care. I have what works for me.
