You have every right to be excited. Not only will your life change but serving really is an amazing thing.

My dad is now retired from the Air Force but I have immense pride and appreciation for anyone willing to go into that type of life. It's a different pace.

And Kudos to you because I am a lazy couch potato and would die at boot camp . . . Lol.

Our countries have one of the closest military relations of any nations on earth. I thank and respect anyone who serves in either. Good luck and stay safe. My family has a long military history in Canada. And I can put a hole in a propane tank at 400 meters with just iron sights, but the army sounds like a lot of moving around and yeah, no thanks. Maybe if we one day get invaded.... until then I'll just stick to history and recording the experiences of veterans.
