Just wanted to take a second and give praise to LeCig Smokeless Cigarettes | Electronic Cigarettes | E-Cig. I recently ordered from them and was given five star customer service. Before placing my order, I had a ton of questions about the product at hand. Mike, at Lecig, was quick to respond to my Emails and had very detailed answers that made me feel welcome. Not like some companies, who use canned responses. I felt comfortable with the answers and placed my order. I ordered a few of their CE4s, and since I have an e-power, an adapter to boot. The adapter was something that they did not have on their site yet, but Mike was kind enough to let me know he had some for me. The shipment was super fast and the package arrived without any damage.
When I went through the contents, I noticed that the adapter was incorrect. I immediately contacted Mike, who rectified the situation by sending me the correct one the same day and, for my troubles, included a few small gifts in the shipment. I wasn't too upset over the adapter, as it was a new item that was not even on his site yet, so my order did not include a SKU for the part for the person putting my order together. It was just in the comments section of the order. Anyways, I am now happily vaping my CE4s
