Okay, well, now time to contribute back to the community and review ALL the new products... I will do each thread according to the product. Note: I did not receive any of these items listed for free or anything. This is my total unbiased review with no experience of vaping at all...

This review goes out to LeCig and their D1 kit.

After skipping around the net and reading on this site, I decided that the 808d1 was the model for me. After looking at reviews on the internet and through youtube, I found a user who seemed qualified in giving an expert opinion. Once contacted, I was told that LeCig is a great company and one with awesome customer service. Boy was he right!

Customer service: After deciding that LeCig had the best prices on average for my starter kit, I figured this would be the place. I sent an email asking some standard questions and recieved a prompt reply from Mike, who was more than helpful with EVERYTHING. Couldn't ask for a better guy to help me out. A few days later after thinking if I really wanted this, I went back to LeCig, selected the "Live Chat" button on the website(many have them) and got connected immediately to Justin? Jordan? Not sure, but he was helpful. Once confirming some stuff and having a nice chat on the principles of America, I placed my order...

Total Score for Customer service:10/10... Everything I needed help with or was curious about was answered with effectiveness and accuracy. Higher quality than most business that one deals with on a daily basis. The MODEL for customer service.

Shipping: My order was placed on Friday(whatever the date) around 6pm or so? Regardless, I received the package Monday at 11 am. Awesome! Neat packaging, all was well. Since shipping doesn't have much to do with the business itself I cannot rate it accurately, so I leave my description up to the reader... It would be a 8/10 to a 10/10, but as stated, not possible to accurately rate.

The product: The product was the D1 starter kit, with a black batter and a white battery. Ordered a black case and it came with the wall charger and a USB charger. As a starter kit, it is perfect. No more needed, no less. However, after a few days, I did realize that a personal charger kit and/or another USB charger would be nice, as to be able to charge both at the same time or something along those lines. Again, this is not a negative, since it is only a starter kit. The battery and such are well designed and nothing to complain about. Comes with a handy little instruction guide for charging and how to use everything properly, in order to get the most out of ones vaporizer. Upon opening it, I was curious as to how long I should charge it(of course, didn't read the manual*doh*) so I once AGAIN contacted the live messenger and asked... They FULLY charge and CHECK the battery before being sent off to the customer!!! WOW! What a happy guy I was... I could start vaping right away! Awesome!

On a side note, I did think there was a slight issue with the charger, where the battery light while charging shut off and after 10 seconds on the live messenger again on the website, I was told "Not an issue, standard charging." It eventually turned green and she was good to go. Great!

Rating for the kit for a beginner: 9/10... Great looking kit, inexpensive, well made and all one needs to get around for the start. What it should be.

Vapor/cartomizers/taste/etc: So, as a new vapor and a fan of Camel lights and/or American Spirit Regulars, I was conflicted on what to buy. I decided to pick up a 5 pack of the Desert 24 MG and a 5 pack of the Red 16mg. I was given a sample as well of the Tobacco 24MG. Once I had myself settled, I went for the Desert 24mg. A few puffs later and I was smiling... What a cool little invention. Aside from that thought, I vaped a little more, got some of the taste and thought "not really camel flavored, more along the lines of Full flavor Camel"... Although not terrible, it wasn't my favorite, but this is the trial and error of vaping. Moved onto the tobacco and again, same thing... A little harsh, a little dry and overall not that satisfying... Also, between both of the Tobacco and Desert, they were 24 MG and the hit to the lungs was very rough. I knew from reading that this throat hit was from the "higher" nicotine content and realized that next time, I need it to be lower. Upon trying these two, I moved onto the Reds 16mg. Sadly, again, still a little dry and overall, not so satisfying. It was better tasting but didn't do anything for me. Onto the side of vapor however, all three did give great big hits. The first 10-30 drags were always the best and seemed to fade after that... After looking around a bit, the issue it seemed, was that the cartomizers did seem to dry up a bit inside and that was causing an issue. Although it wasn't terrible, it also wasn't great. So, from there(and on my next review) I did purchase some E-juices.

Rating for Vapor/cartomizers/taste/etc: 5/10... Sadly, this was not what I was looking for. Didn't seem to taste right or that great and I was kind of disappointed... As stated, although it wasn't terrible in terms of flavor and such, it was far from great. I also recognize that maybe the cartomizers aren't their cup of tea per say and maybe these were old or sat with the kits for some time. Regardless, this didn't hurt my view of the company anymore since it isn't that big of an issue. The 5 out of 10 rating may seem bad on paper, but in a realistic view, the 5 out of 10 doesn't hold much ground, so nor should this effect ones view of the company... It seems to be a common issue with companies, in terms of pre-filled cartomizers and such...

Conclusion: Well folks, here is my "score" for my overall experience with LeCig... ....., in all honesty, its hard to put a number on the overall experience... If I had to it would be below.......

8.85-9.25

All I can say is, I am beyond happy that I ordered my kit from LeCig... The customer service is outstanding and ontop of that we had a great discussion, which really made the whole process more personal. The kit was the perfect price and "size" for a starter/noob. I really didn't need any more or any less as the entire plunge into the vaping scene was kind of daunting anyways. The kit and batteries are great(due to the length of vape time and build) and it has a nice sleek look to it. As stated, my only "issue" was the flavoring but this once again, falls more on the cartomizers and the prefilling than LeCig. It doesn't hold much water so it didn't effect my viewpoint either.

All of my friends have tried it out and loved it as well... The site I recommended for their kits and adventure into the e-cig world was LeCig.

A Great Product and Outstanding service makes this company one for the record books. Instead of being like most companies where the customer and their "annoyances" come last, LeCig put me first and kept me there...

Thank you Mike and LeCig! Keep up the great work and prosperity will follow!!!

Since this is my first review, I am not sure if I am leaving anything out... If I am, please respond so I may give a more accurate update on the company/product.

Thanks
