I've got two issues, I think, and wonder if they are related.

1: One of my manual batteries has an LED that stays on. The battery appears to work ok; I can press the button and vap and if I draw without the button being pressed I get no vap but the LED still stays on. Anybody know of way to fix this? The battery is only a week old.

2:
I also got a PCC in the kit. I can charge it and the light on the left goes from red to green. I believe this normal and correct.

When I place a battery in it the right light goes red. I also think this is normal.

However it never goes off, even after 24hrs of charging a battery. If I remove the battery and immediately hook it up again the light will momentarily light and then go out. I think the light should go out or change color when the battery reaches a full charge, right?

Could the PCC have overcharged the battery causing the LED to stay on?

The light on the batt staying on is not a good thing! I had a 901 that stayed on for days..it would not recharge so I let it alone and it finally died..dead. I was told to smack it on a table top..that didn't work for me but maybe for you..at this point..couldn't hurt. There is a short in the LED. I am sure those who know will advise you better them a smackdown fix! LOL
The PCC's I don't know about. I doubt it caused the problem.
Make a ticket on the V4L site.

I wrote to V4L just the other day asking about the lights on the PCC. On mine, when I push/hold the power button to charge the battery, it blinks green several times, turns red for a couple seconds, then goes out. I expected it to stay red until it was done charging. But they told me what mine is doing is correct, the light goes out even while it is charging. The way to tell when it is done is to check back a few hours later, push the button and if it goes green it is done. I would prefer that it stay red til it's done, but oh well. And I only have 1 light, not a left & right one. Wonder if we have different models or something. This is the one they are selling currently, got mine about a week ago.

Have to be different models. I got mine 1 week ago also. I don't have any buttons of the PCC and have two LEDs.

This is exactly what mine looks like.

Hmmm you are right... That's the image I saw when I bought it, but that isn't what I got. Mine has an LED window to show battery strength of the PCC, then the red/green light, then the power button, and they are all at the bottom next to the thing you attach the battery onto. Wonder if I got an older model, or if you did. Hmmmm

You have the newer model with the LED readout not pictured on the V4L site. I know of someone who ordered in November and received the newer one in emerald green. My non-LED red one is from April.
