I think I read in one of those goofy law books that its illegal to sell ecigs while riding an ostrich and reciting the Gettysburg address.
But seriously I don't think there any counties or cities that have banned it. They are more concerned about booze, like it should be up to them :/

I don't believe there are any restrictions on sales, or actions in that direction yet

I think there are a couple of cities that restrict e-cig usage - possibly Bessemer, and either Vestavia or Mountain Brook. The non-smoking bill in the Ala house defines e-cigs as smoking :)facepalm: ), while the non-smoking bill in the senate exempts e-cigs (both version are in committee and as far as i can tell have not been acted on since February)
