I have been trying to fix my friends Lemo and it's driving me crazy. I think that the internal center post is not making connection with the external 510. All I keep getting is a "check atomizer" I have taken it apart and cleaned each piece with alcohol to no avail. Anyone else had this problem?

I had it once. Not sure if it was bad connection under the deck screw head and wire, or if the deck pin (with the slotted end) was to blame. Tightened both up nexttime it was apart and havnt had that issue since. took me forever to find a slotted screw driver that would fit, but I made sure it was tight

was also using 28ga ni200 wire at the time

My wife dropped one of her Lemo 2's awhile back and the center screw stopped making contact with the pin in the base.

Not sure why it fixed it, but what I ended up doing was completely removing the center screw from the build deck, then flipping the round white insulator that goes around the screw.

It's worked fine ever since.

I have it as tight as that sucker will go. I also have a Lemo 2 that I used to try to trouble shoot the problem. I took the top section of mine and screwed it onto the bottom/airflow section and it did not fire. I then took the bottom/airflow of mine and screwed one the top/deck section and it did not fire either. It's as tho both top and bottom are both jacked up in some way

I'll give that a try and see what happens. Thanks for the input
