I have found not all juices are the same.
Some use low quality nic bases.

I don't know if the pre-built coil in your Lemo was pre-burned but that could be it. Most wire comes with industrial lubricant on it (no extra charge) that has to be cleaned off or you will get nasty taste and bad throat hit.
I may be the only one but doesn't 22W seem pretty high on that type of a coil/wick setup? I can't vape my coil and wick which are similar above about 13 W.
Also, I struggled (and sometimes still do) with getting my wick just so and not blocking juice channels. If there's anything wonky going on , you'll get dry hits and scorched juice. I know from lots of experience with it
I have been trying to get a decent spaced coil build myself as many people suggest that. For some reason I struggle with getting it right, so usually go back to touching coils in frustration.

continued pics post:
i use the bridge method to stabilize juice flow on both sides of the well and to hold the coil's wick away from the juice channels. ( i think it may even enhances the flavor abit too.)

here you can see the light coming through the juice channel and thats what you want.

edit: almost forgot i vape at 25-40 watts depending on what flavor i'm vaping
thnks for the pics m8. The bridge method whats that?
actually m8 the pre built coil was great the problem is with the coils i made afterwards
weirdwillie started the bridge method. you can find it here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rta/601945-lemo-rta-build-pics-165.html and continues to the fallow of the link. lot of the lemo users use more wicking material than i think is necessary. so with that in mind it was designed so that if one of the juice channels/one side one well wasn't getting juice the other one would make up for it. My way changes that a little, as it still shares juices from each side of the well, but more importantly it keeps the coil's wick from blocking the juices channels in the well while providing more vacuum as the bridge wick pulls more juice and in return means i don't have to prime as much with a fresh tank and wick. Not to mention enhances the favor (IMO) as the coil heats up enough to get the juice on the bridged wicks which i post of next time when my tank empties. i hope what i said makes since as i've been drinking tonight lol.....
if you would like a video on the process of how i build and wick mine let me know. i'll make it happen. next time my juice runs out.
dont worry man i made sense of most of what u saidJust a couple questions, why do u trap the wire in the holes and not under screws? i find with 26g its also easy to trap under screws and less fuss. What is prime? (remember i am new to this
) Do u think 3.2mm or 3.5mm is better than 2.4 that i currently wrap my coils? and actually a video will much appreciated not just by me but also from a lot of lemo users. thnks again for the info
