Lemo keeps leaking from between the glass and top cap

So i just picked up the Lemo Drop and it's been good...
but i cannpt put it in any other position but straight up... usually i put my device in my bag upright and it does move around but when i took it out my juice was mostly gone and my lemo was covered in juice!

i filled it up again and i tested it by leaning it to one side and ithe juice was coming out from between the glass and the top cap..
not from the drip tip, and not from the air holes.. but from the side where the glass meets the top..

it's tight as possible and the o ring is there.. anyone experience this type of leaking?

No, that's strange if the gasket is there. Only things I can think of are try another gasket or the glass has little chips or isn't cut straight. I put my Lemo in my purse all the time.

hmmm... i shall try the extra o ring that comes with it ... gonna take it apart and wash everything and put it back together...

no chips in the glass.. i'll check if it's cut straight..

I would take both of the larger (clear-ish) gaskets out from the top and bottom, clean everything up, inspect the seals, and re-insert. If any of the seals look mangled in any way, replace with the spares they include. Also make sure the glass is smooth on the edges and has no chips/voids. When re-assembling, place a few drops of e-liquid on each seal and "spin" the glass on them before tightening in order to lubricate everything, also do this for the small black o-ring at the very top of the chimney where it screws in to the top cap. When you tighten, do not over-tighten... I tighten mine very lightly, I can still spin the glass with a little effort (especially with the extra e-liquid lubrication). If everything is sealed up properly; you can bounce these all around in any orientation and they will not leak (I wouldn't to any extensive testing though )

When you disassemble it, place the o-rings in the top cap and base, and make sure they are fully seated. Sometimes they stick to the glass tube, and that is not the best way to reassemble the tank.

thanks everyone..

so i took it apart and checked the orings... and the top one had a tear in it... i dunno how that happened... ive only had the tank for 4 days..

but now it's good with the new oring!
