First off, it would be really awesome if there was a sticky post for the basic items needed to start mixing yourself. :) If I've read correctly, what I need to start is...

PG or VG nic juice (highest nic is best so you can cut it to desired str)
PG or VG non nic (purchased at the grocery or hobby store, USP/food grade)
Flavorings of Choice
device to measure MLs (syringes?)
Bottles to store mixed juice.

Have I got this right? :p

That looks like a great list to me.

If you don't have syringes, you can put your different liquids/flavorings into small dropper bottles and count out the drops needed for each. Albeit more of a pain, but when you're experimenting with flavors, that may be the best way without mixing up more than you may want until you get your formula down.

Ordered 30ml of unflavored 36mg PG from juicyliquid.

Went for banana, cinnamon, caramel and creme de cafe from faerie's finest.

Got 2 10ml syringes and 4 pipettes from friend at the vet.

Bottles to store mixed juice.

Ooops...still need bottles. Think hobby lobby would have them?
