Hey everybody, I got some VG @ a natural grocery store, and it is waaaaay thick, doesn't seem to mix with PG well. I tried mixing some water in it, but it gets very cloudy. When I mix it by itself with nic and flavor it seems to mix fine, but when I mix it 50/50 with PG it will not mix well, I can always see a layer. The VG is 100% all natural USP food grade and has a very slight sweet taste, just can't figure out why it wont mix with PG or water. Any ideas??

TIA
Mike

When I first shake it up it looks cloudy but after sitting for 20-30 mins it mixes well with pg.

Vg is thick by nature. If you have ever got any that was thin like PG then it is diluted.

Are you sure it's your VG and not your PG? I just had that same problem and turns out NOTHING will mix with my PG. To test put some VG in one container and PG in another. Put a drop of food coloring in each container and give each a swirl. The food coloring should dissipate into the liquid; if it doesn't and forms a bunch of little balls then something is up. I just had to junk a full gallon of PG I got at Tractor Supply; it says Propylene Glycol U.S.P. but it's definitely bad and oily.
