3. The web site could use an update, such as: more pictures of all battery colors, cartos, and cases; ohm specs on cartos; saying "temporarily out of stock", instead of the item just not appearing on the site.

V4L's quality and selection is matched by its superior customer service! Never before has my customer voice been so valued and listened to!

2. Name something that you would like to see us carry

As a VG-only vapee, I would love to see more VG cartomizers. I'd also like to see more sample packs that I may discover more flavors I like. Too often I stick to one or two flavors because I don't want to commit to trying out something new. A sample pack would give me the perfect opportunities to discover new likes! Who would have known Pumpkin Pie or Banana to be so darn tasty!?

3. Name something that you would like us to change or improve on

The website design! It seems a bit too '90s for my tastes (coming from a web designer). By changing your web presence you gain a lot more authority. After all, V4L is in the ideal place to become the authority of e-cigs!

2. I would like a battery with an ink pen on the end because that way I'll quit trying to vape my pen and write with my ecig.

1. Name something thing you like about V4L - I really like the cool carts and . . . . in case you missed my other post . . . . . My V4L PT got slammed in my car door (twice) and drug down the road. It still works, dents and all!!

2. Name something that you would like to see us carry - 510-510 adapter (Ego to stock). With this adapter there are NO threading issues with carts, cartos and batteries. I have only found one site that carries them.

3. Name something that you would like us to change or improve on - I am really sorry about this one but your prefilled cartos #&*^. <----They don't taste very good. I have seen many new vapers comment on them as did I when I first tried cartos.

I'd love to see a PCC for XL manual batteries. Also a multi-charger would be nice. And larger sized packages of prefilled cartos, maybe a 10 pack instead of 5 (I don't refill, and although it might seem silly it would be nice for me to be able to deal with fewer boxes)

I'm really disliking the individually wrapped cartos. I have a heck of a time getting them open, not good when I really *need* my fix right now!

1. Something I like about V4L - I love the quick delivery of the products, and the sleek design of the manual batteries, also the fact that you send us samples, when you send out our orders, and you have great customer service, too.

2. Something that I would like to see you carry - A choice of PG or VG options on the juice.

3. Something that I would like you to change or improve on - When giving samples, in our orders, please don't send the same thing. I have received in my past 4 orders, nothing but menthol/mint flavored samples. I don't vape menthol, nor did I ever smoke menthol analogs. I would love to try new & different flavors, so send out a variety, instead of the same thing, all of the time.

What I like is that, V4L made it easy for me to give up smoking. I was totally lost when I decided that e-cigs was a good option for me. V4L had batteries that were pretty colors, and looked good. That helped and videos to help me along. I made my order, received it and all I had to do was screw on a cart and I was vaping! And when I had a battery die, they were quick to ship another out.

As for what I'd like to see V4L carry, well I have to admit I'd like to try dripping. So drip-tips and such would be nice.

I would like to see a improvement on the button on the batteries. The button usually does ok but I have a couple that get stuck on a regular basis.

3. Add more varient Nobacco flavors and also show a picture of your cartomizers in a way so I can see if the threaded portion is brass colored or silver the brass colored ones hear up too much and I never get a good hit out of them.
