Yes, At this time, they may be mixed.
However, the first time you plug your eVic into your computer after installing the software (MAC or Windows)
The MVR software is going to update your eVic to the latest firmware, which is even newer than the last shipment we received.

The MVR software makes it a LOT easier to customize the eVic than using the on-board menus anyway, though it is Perfectly vapable with no configuration other than sticking in a battery, putting your atty/tank/cart/etc.. of choice and adding some juice!

Im talking about the control head not being the revised 2 screw version. The one im receiving is the original control head which ibe heard causes issues.
