Let's help a GG family member out

As some of you know that UK is going thru some hard times. I am wanting to start up a donation fund to help out in any way possible.

If you would like to donate, please send money via PP @ TeeTeeHead@gmail.com. What ever is donated it will definitely go to UK. If you donate I will keep an updated list here and when ever I receive money I will post the transaction number and send it to him as soon as I get the money and I will provide the transaction number as well. Bottom line is that he will get all the money. All I ask is when you donate. Please indicate in PP message by just saying "UK donation".

BTW - I work 10 hour shift Monday thru Thursday. I will check my paypal daily by 1830(630 PM PST) since I live here in California. If I don't respond during the day thatis why.

Guys this is just WoW!!!!!!!!

I'l be straight up with you all the problems im having are with my partner of 18 years shes left me for another man who shes only been with for a few days and i am a mess big time and works gone out the window along with everything else, hence the GG sale I have to value my sanity and house above all else and i just want to make my mortgage payment for the next few months.

Im going to be cheeky now though its amicable at the moment as we have cats and a dog and we both love our animals to bits at first it was going to be me keeping the house on and her just visiting but after todays shenanigans im worried that they maybe trying to get me out.
She walked out on me and we are not married just long term partners.

Is there anyone whos a bit up on the law (UK) that could give me a little advice as im getting scared.

And guys this is just about the nicest thing i've ever had done, i've always been the big hearted one and willing to help everyone and now your just making me well up.

You certainly have been the big-hearted one, John, and we've all seen that so many times. Everyone needs a helping hand from friends and family when things are falling apart, and it's a privilege to know you and all the other truly decent and kind people on here. You can certainly lean on us as much as you need to, we'll be around! I wish I knew more about US law, let alone UK law, though- it definitely sounds like you need some solid advice in that regard, and soon.

So sorry to hear. Been there and it's the worst pain ever.

My Mother is an international law professor of 40 years. She started up the London law program for Pace University in NYC 25 Years ago. I'll give her a ring and see if by chance she knows anything on the subject. Over here I'm the states the first hour meeting with a lawyer for advice is free. Hope its the same in the UK.

Man this just SUCKS!!! Hang on in there. Everything is gonna be OK.
Don't know much about law but I think there's no matter you two married or not. You should split 50 - 50
everything you create together, just like in real marriage, couse you are partners over 5 years I think.
You should check on this numbers couse I'm not shure for United k.

Update - total raised $230 USD - 15 GBP 20 Euro.
