CE2, hands down.

Replaceable tube for no leaking and great durability, easy to clean, top coil = more heat and flavour, no stupid cork you need tweezers for and lose if you sneeze, easily moddable for greater or lesser wicking... I'm sure there's more reasons.

Carto tanks? As in filler? Filler taste and not so dry-burn-ressurectable-y as a CE2 is.

I've tried all of them, and I wound up back with poly filled cartos.

The polycarbonate tubing on tanks isn't compatible with my preferred juices - cinnamon flavoring makes it disintegrate. The exposed coil wire baked the juice and made it go bad after a few days of vaping. Replacing the guts is more art than science and they leaked or dry vaped. Scratch tanks.

CE2/CE3 couldn't keep up with my vaping, and I was getting too many dry hits. They weren't convenient to fill and I sweated it out every time I had to travel for work, because the TSA would likely frown on me taking hypodermic & needles through security. I had to snip the top off my juice bottles to end the frustration of watching drips slowly fill the hypodermic every time I filled. That made the cap not seal properly, leaving a sticky mess in my kit. The clear CE2/CE3 also disintegrated with my favorite juices, leaving a sticky mess in my kit. All in all, it was lose/lose. Scratch CEx.

Poly filled cartos are easy to fill. They hold quite a bit, and when they start to run down I just drip a few drops in the top and let it soak in. I get massive vapor and flavor from them. They're cheap, so when they stop working properly I don't feel horrible about throwing them out. For me, they're the best of several imperfect solutions.

I'd love to try an iAtty, but there's no way I'm going to pay USD$250 for a tank mod.

I have almost 2 boxes (9-total) of CE2s that haven't been touched since starting using Boge cartos back in March or April. DCs came out and once my Boges were gone, I haven't touched them. The tanks surfaced and my DC cartos havent been outside of a tank since.

Carto tank = all day wet filler = no burnt filler (depending on voltage) = WIN!!1!one!!

CE2 = inconsistent flavor+burnt taste+fidgeting = PHAIL!!

Modding a CE2 for wicking is as difficult as popping a cartomiser cap off and putting it back in upside down.

    Somehow I don't think so

    Much easier (and cleaner)

See, when I read carto tank I was in two minds. Do they mean EMDCC or MAP tanks and stuff like that. Yeah, that style of "carto tank" wins hands down. Compared to a filler tank like EMDCC I'd take the CE2. If I had the option of a plain CE2 and a MAP tank, I'd take the MAP.

same exact experience here. Tried many, many different carto's and spent tons of money only to return to the first carto i ever used: a standard boge.

Left Field, the EMDCC is an Ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer, it is not a tank, it is a poly-filled cartomizer, it is just HUGE.

The Bottom line John R.L. is that whichever one works for you IS the best. There is no debate because they both work, they just work differently. So it all boils down to personal preference.

For me Cartomizers are "MY" personal favorite because I use a Dual Coil Cartomizer Tank made by MAP and I love the way it stays wet, stays flavorful and one cartomizer can last me a month.

I love the way CE2's look, I think they have the potential to stay cleaner for sure, but they require entirely too much fiddling with to get them to work properly in my opinion.

So that is where I stand on it :D

when I used ce2's I think I tried everything to make them work the ce2 tank was a great idea and when the ce2 worked it worked great, othor times not so much and way to much work to get them work for me. The reason I like carto tanks, I punch the carto's put them in my tank, fill it and that's it....... less work......more vape..... plug & play !!
