Let's talk hot weather vaping

Gear has only been talked about, it may be obvious or common sense but one would have to increase their water intake. Possibly double or even triple the quantity to compensate for the heat + vaping.

I've only vaped in winter too. Left my pv in the car the other day, left work looking forward to making some nice fog on the drive home and the carto was flooded. Stands to reason- the heat expands the air in the tank and it has nowhere to go but into the carto, PLUS the liquid is hot and thinner, so it flows better.

It's a 50/50 liquid.

Dont jump into the lake with your pv in your swim suit top, or shorts pockets. I haven't done it yet, but I have drowned many packs of analogs by diving in and forgetting they were in my top lol. I would die if I drowned my provari.

Juice will be thinner; especially a concern when using carto tanks. Last summer (it hit 100F more than a few times...) I was vaping 80PG in single-hole cartos & didn't frequently have problems... now I am using PGA-based flavorings at high %; my juice was water-thin in the winter, I am hoping summer won't wreck my tanks.

With tanks, I have found they seem to work fine when temps are consistent - it is in transitional seasons, when temps and atmosphere pressures or whatever go all over the place, that my tanks go haywire.

That's a trick here in CO. I'm going up to the mountains for the weekend, curious to see what effect it has. I'll go from 5300 ft. to probably 10,000 ft. My cartotank is my primary, but I have a Nova and solid cartos packed as well. Low pressure front moving in too.

I'm not sure if it was the cold weather or the altitude or what but my carto tank leaked while skiing. Multiple times. And this tank never leaks. The altitude threw off the pressure maybe. The novas seemed to be fine.

Both are low pressure, so it stands to reason that low outside pressure means higher pressure inside the tank, and that's gotta go somewhere.
