Hi everyone, I'm fairly new here, now have all my equipment and have been ordering juice supplies. This post is not intended to slam or harm any supplier, but i'm curious as to how many others are receiving e-juice thats incorrectly made and how frequently thats happening?
Without naming names - i have ordered juice from 2 forum suppliers and on both occasions there has been a problem. Fortunately, the 1st supplier promptly refunded my money and i'm currently trying to resolve this problem with the 2nd supplier. So, am I just really lucky or is this happening to other folks as well??
PLEASE - Don't name names or turn this into a flame thread-
the intent is the frequency of occurences
Thanks All

Must be your luck :(

I have not had any problem with suppliers. All have been great although my personal tastes keep changing and you can't fault them for that:oops:

I agree. Being a noob, I'm ordering from a lot of the forum suppliers to compare their products and service and have NO complaints at all. My experience suggests they are serious about building their businesses and are competing for repeat customers.

EVERYBODY makes mistakes; the difference is how they handle them.

What do you consider a problem with juice? I'm new, only been vaping a month, and frankly I wouldn't know for sure whether there was a problem with a juice short of it having crud floating in it. I have gotten juice from some of the most beloved vendors on this board and was far from impressed, but I attribute that to me having a problem and not something inherently wrong with the juice. Until I've got more experience vaping, I don't think I'm in a position to recognize that Joe's Banana Foster tastes like there's something wrong with it, so for now I just know that at this moment in time, Joe's Banana Foster is not for me.

I only ever had a minor issue, which was resolved speedily (order mixup, it happens with busy companies lol) and I still use that juice supplier with no complaints :)
All the forum suppliers Ive used have been great but that's really immaterial if someone else has an issue - my non issues aren't going to impact on anyone else's service.

Great post SimpleSins, I was wondering the same thing and still curious about the ops details of problems.

I ordered a coffee flavor on my first purchase and it tasted like dirty sox (not that I've had dirty sox in my mouth) but it taste like they smell. I even let it set a week and tried it again, same results. I gave it to a friend who vapes and he loves it said it taste like coffee to him (go figure), at least now I have a few new nicknames for him. :)

Other than that specific one which wasn't bad according to my friend I've been pretty happy with the others I've tried, some more than others but that's just preference.

Well, first thing you have to know is whether your supplier is a manufacturer, mixer, or a reseller. Its always wiser to name names here. Odds are, not only has someone ordered from them, but dozens have and can tell you if its your subjective taste, or the supplier. We all have had good and bad occurances. Its only when we see NO positive business reviews and dozens of negative that effects our buying decisions. I don't mind sharing transactions, as its holds companies accountable, especially forum suppliers. It can also ease someones mind about whats proper, and whats shady. On the flip side, we can inform each other about proper expectations, and debate them. In short, if you want solid opinions, we want details, we NEED details, and descriptions.

You know what else you could do, Dizzy, is go to the Juice Reviews subforum and prowl through the posts there. You can even do a search for the vendors name on just that thread if you use the thread tool.

Another ECF member came over to my house a couple of weeks ago with a tobacco-flavored juice that everyone on ECF raves about. I was so excited to try this famous juice. When I tried it, I realized I just couldn't stomach tobacco flavor anymore now that I'm accustomed to vaping the more delicious cutesy-pie, foo-fee flavors. You know, why vape tobacco when I can vape blueberry waffles, butter rum or German chocolate cake, right?
