New to the forum (And Ecigs)

Hey all,

Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Joe and I just purchased my first E-cig (Halo G6) I ordered it this morning, and am hoping it comes by Saturday!

I've been smoking for 11 years, with a two year break. I smoke way too much, and need to quit. The problem is, I really love to smoke, Cigarettes, Hookah on occasion, Cigars on occasion (which I still intend to smoke one in a great while)

So basically that's it, I'm just waiting for my g6 and variety pack of juice!

I almost quit without meaning to. I was tapering off over a week or two, and I just couldn't choke down another cigarette. It's different for everybody, but you have a lot to look forward to.

Thanks guys! I'm not going to say "I'M QUITTING!" But I hope to enjoy the ecig more than analogs, and hope everything works itself out. One helpful thing is, I had a hookup for 10 cartons of Gaulouises. Well, they ran out today, and American FSC cigarettes really are terrible. I noticed that I instantly didn't feel well!

wow i saw the site selling G6 G6 Basic Starter Kit - G6 E-Cig ..amazing colours..good to start with any e-cig but when U stay here long enough,colours and pretty gadget dont count..its the performance of yr e-cig that matters..good luck and hope U find yr gadget a stepping stone to happy vaping..i am now in my 10th month and love to vape non stop after 30+yrs on analogs..regards mafig ps i am using variable voltage 650 mAh eGo on DCC(dual coil cartomizer) from healthcabin Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail--

American FSC cigarettes really are terrible. I noticed that I instantly didn't feel well!

Not to mention they turn into an ashy fireball then go out while you're driving. That's one good reason to go to e-cigs.

Congratulations and welcome to ECF! I came into this with a similar mentality and found in a very short period of time I no longer wanted an analog. I have tried several times over the years to quit my 2 PAD habit, but was never successful untill I discovered vapeing.

Welcome Joe! The G6 is a great kit, thats what im currently using. I have been really please with halo, their shipping is very fast! I was a two pack a day smoker for 14 years and havent touched a real cig in two months!

welcome. I am new as well. I have the volt which is the same style. I like to smoke as well after 2 weeks im down to 3 cigs a day. Honestly they taste like ... so expect to get tired of them soon!

Well, my G6 came yesterday and all I can say is WOW! I got 5 carts of the prime 15 and the tobacco sampler pack. While I enjoyed the Prime 15 somewhat, there was a bit of an after taste that I didn't like, so I filled a blank with Tribeca, WOW! It's amazingly delicious, and way better than a traditional cig. I've been using it since 4pm yesterday w/o an analog. That basically means I've had my coffee, post meal cig, Saturday night drinking, ad first thing in the morning cig. I can certainly live happily with this! I will be ordering more Tribeca today, as I think it's amazing. It's nice to sit inside while my wife goes out into the cold to smoke (though with my not smoking every 45 minutes, she has already cut down dramatically)

Well, two days w/o an Analog and LOVING the G6! I have a PCC coming and more Tribeca flavor. And soon a kit for my wife!
