I see this question posted alot. I figured we could work on a thread to get people some idea of the "general" guidelines for steeping their favorite BWB juices. It will be subjective but if enough people participate we should be able to determine a rough idea.

I have found that Casa has a delicate and very specific steep time in order to reach it's full potential. That would be exactly 12.5 minutes after removal from mailbox. :D
It does get a little smoother after a week or so but I like to dive right in when I get a fresh jug full. ;)

I second these, every liquid i get never gets any "time-out" :p

I have been a BWB customer for awhile, so I keep well enough ahead to not run out - at least 2 weeks. Of all the juices, in my opinion, Vanilla Bean takes the longest to steep for my tastes. I think at least 8 weeks before the full flavor comes out. On the other hand, I prefer Casa unsteeped, immediately from the mailbox..... Go figure.....

It took me 3 weeks to get Casablanca right for me

This is exactly how long I let Casablanca steep before I vape it. I also make sure to use it all before it turns that dark amber color. So I guess I start using a new full bottle after the 3rd week of receiving it, and finish it before like ~5 weeks after receiving it (30ml). Once the color turns to its final hue, I find the flavor to be not as good as it was after steeping for 3 weeks.

If I took a fresh bottle and an aged bottle and gave you a taste test, would they taste like two different flavors or just slightly different? I'm asking because I just received my first order from bwb, an assortment of tobacco flavors as that's my preference, and I'm not digging them. They all have this underlying taste that leaves me making funny faces. I read in another thread that steeping helps especially with tobacco juices, and I hope that's the case.

Definately let them steep! Keep trying them so you can taste the change in them as they blend together.

My first order of Casablanca just hit the 3 week mark. Definitely mellowed/blended over that time compared to trying it right out of the mailer. I still was thinking, 'this is just not going to be for me' though. I kept reading and vaping and realized I had refilled my dripping atty 4 times and it was getting better and better the more I vaped it. I still like the apple wood and melon bacco better but I can see the attraction Casablanca has.

Still waiting for bluebacco to acquire any hint of blueberry. Nada so far.

Well I would know that the aged one was still Casablanca, but yeah the taste does change significantly (for me). This is typically why I only order 1 30ml of Casablanca at a time, although I recently bought 2 on the same order. Personally, the 3 week mark is perfect to start using Casablanca, it remains untouched in a cabinet until that point. So yeah, keep giving it time!

Ratman, the Bluebacko isn't going to smack you in the face with the blueberry, Imo, it's very faint and in the background more or less. The BB flavor just adds like a sweet, fruity undertone to the Backo.

Some BWB juices need longer steeps than others(in my opinion). In General I remove the drippers from every bottle I buy regardless of brand after shaking the bottle vigorously, and then I let them sit unlidded for 24 hrs. and after recapping them I leave them alone for one week before retesting them. Most are good after a week. Some, like applewood and Pina Colada were good right away and some like Backo, hunter's Blend and Adirondack were good after a week, but Casa, 555, and 555E needed a longer steeping time.
But all flavors I think can be vaped right off the mailbox. Steeping just mellows them out somewhat, and makes the flavors more enjoyable.
