Nothing more than a minor annoyance, but when I see a post with a quote window in it, the letters are broken. It's like they are cut in half horizontally, and each half a hair to the side of the other.

If I click outside the window on the desktop, they line back up.

I'm running FF on Win7. This has been for several days and in that time I've re-booted several times and have updated Windoze and FF.

edit: Just tried IE64 and it's not happening there.

This is a PC/browser issue. The browser is not loading the CSS file correctly - the file that tells the browser how to display the page. It is loading it then locking the page before it's correct.

Firefox 13 has some issues, maybe it will sort itself out when FF 14 comes out. Alternatively you can try this:

    Go to another website
Delete all private data except passwords (delete cache, history etc).
    Close browser
    Open browser
    Return to ECF

Always worth trying this. Another thing that fixes some PC issues is a reset:

    Fix browser as above
    Shut down PC
Remove the mains electricity power plug from back panel of the PC
(alternatively you can pull the plug from the wall socket, but the problem with this is that you have to be sure it's the right one, and in the usual birds nest of cables, a mistake can be made)
Hit the On button (and reboot button if present) 3 times - this dumps any power remaining on the mainboard
    Replace the power plug

This can magically fix some intractable issues with PC apps that misbehave. It's not likely to help in this situation, to be honest, but you never know.

As Roly stated it is definitely a Fx 13 issue and it is mainly applicable to windows users. I use Fx13 on Linux and do not experience any of the issues that are being reported by windows users. This is another example of why it is a good practice to keep a couple advanced browsers installed on your computer. I recommend Fx, Chrome (or Iron - if you don't want Google mining your data) Opera, and safari (for Mac users) as alternatives.
