There was no action taken by the Court again today. Some of you may want to write to the Court like the many that did to Judge Leon.

I wrote to:

Washington DC, 20001


These Judges have the fate of E-cigs in their hands. I am sure ASH supporters are sending in their letters like they did with Judge Leon, and we should be doing the same. Let them know your thoughts.
