lexan in screen cradle?.

I got a few of the bapgood screen cradles with the stop.....

and some Lexan, where abouts are u guys gluing it in?....
are u flush mounting it to the top, or is it countersunk in on the bottom where the stop is?
if so I don't see any room to mount the dna screen other than glue it to the lexan...
