They sure do. 900mAh are the ame size around as 650 mAh, just different length.

I think i prefer the Janty eGo Switch protector, it have change and you don't have to actually aim at the button to cover it, Check it out

In the meantime you can also unscrew your atty/carto about 1 turn to disconnect it enough to keep it from firing.
