I ordered some Panasonic CGR18650CH batteries from fastech.com. Well, when I got my order, I just threw them in the charger and put them in my mods. What I didn't realize was that they were the wrong batteries. I ended up with these.

$8.91 Authentic LG ICR18650B4 18650 3.6V 2600mAh Rechargeable Li-ion Batteries (2-Pack) 2-pack - min capacity 2500mAh / random color / with carrying case at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

To be honest, I don't have anything to do any test for voltage drop or any other tests. I usually use AW 18650 2000mah and really couldn't tell a difference vaping with 0.7 ohms devices.

Now my question is how safe is it to continue using these? I have never read about anyone using these in their mods before. I already sent a ticket to fastech about getting the wrong batteries. Since I'm not noticing any drop in performance, I wonder if I should just keep using them.

If you are vaping on a Mechanical than these are not the batteries for you. If you are on a plain vanilla device like a Provari than you'd be fine but I'll assume at .7Ohm you are on a mechanical.

This page has spec and spec sheet and states that it will do 3.75Amps.
LG Lithium 18650 Cylindrical Rechargeable Cell: 3.7V 2600mAh (9.62Wh))

Your .7 ohm Atomizer at 3.75V will pull 5.75OHms [See Picture Below] that is far above the tolerance of these batteries.

I suggest you return them.

Theoretically You'd be fine with a kick at 1.4 OHm running at it's maximum 10 Watts.
The Amp Draw would be 2.75 and your battery is rated at 3.75. Kick doesn't recommend it so I can't recommend it, but I live dangerously and if it were me I wouldn't worry. As you go higher in Ohms you'd use less Amps so 1.4 Ohms + is within tolerance.

The problem with boosting a single battery is that you can calculate the power between the booster and atty but you really don't know what's going on from battery to booster. It's an inverse relationship.

Unloaded is right, tomzgreat is really questionable.

i.e., do not use those 3.7A rated batteries with the Kick. Only use the recommended high drain batteries.

The Battery is rated at 3.7 Amp Draw, most electronics have a 20% tolerance built in so really the'll probably do 4 Amps

The kick at 10 Watts on a 1.4 is going to have to kick out 2.75 Amps.
The 1.25 amps is a safety buffer.

I agree, I can't recommend it, but it would probably be fine.
