Quick question here--just built a dna30 mod and used a li-po battery to power it.
However, when I charged it-it got puffed up and stopped working.
This is the second time this has happened to me when using li-po batteries instead of li-ion.
I would like to use a square li-po battery in this mod as space is limited.
If anybody has a suggestion on what kind of battery to use--or why I am having issues charging li-po batteries--feel free to post an answer.

Thanks, happy vaping

charge rate should be 4.2v @500mA

If your charger output of 5 volts there's your issue rite there
huge no no on liion and lipo
you have a faulty charger or other issue
i charge lipo's all the time no issues 700mA @4.2v
if you see 5v on your meter you should never see 5v when charging
disconnect the charger and try direct charging not connected to the dna board you do not have to connect to the dna board
otherwise contact evolv
