Got myself the EGO-T kit from liberty flights not to long ago and the wife was trying to remove the tank to fill one up that i gave her and this was the outcome

Pulled the head right off and the tank was still in the Atty.
Is this a defect or one strong woman.
Have now been reduced to sharing my last ego with her and she is greedy :(

Just to make things clear incase anyone gets the wrong impression.
I am in no way trying to say that its how they will all act if you get one of these was just wanting to see if it could have been her or a fault with the EGO
Am sure LF will look into this with great care and detail.
And if it was her fault then she no getting another weekend out for a year lol

The top connector piece should not come off. Whether press fit (old method) or glue (apparently new method), the connector is supposed to stay on the tube unless significant force is applied.

If the wire hadn't broken, I'd probably have added some super glue to the tube and shoved the connector back in. Since it did break, let the vendor deal with it. It's not worth fritzing with trying to fix a tiny broken wire, it sounds like it honestly is within the manufacturing defect zone.
