So I'm new here and I wanted to get something out there about Liberty Flights since it's my first E-Cig purchase. My intent is to review what I have experienced thus far in the process and I will later, once another step has been complete, continue my review... Sort of like an ongoing progress report.
I started by coming here and asking questions in the Newbie area and was directed to several different places. After spending several hours researching and replying to others in my thread, I decided to go with Liberty-Flights.com
I chose Liberty-Flights due to their current 20% discount off your purchase promotion plus they had the Joye eGo starter kit, not only in stock but had a few special priced bundles left, as well as the good suggestions and feedback I received on them.
I placed my order early Sunday morning (Around 3AM EST) eagerly awaiting Monday to have my order status updated to tell me it shipped.
Monday afternoon rolled around and I was a little antsy because I wanted my E-Cig so bad and I decided to contact them since I was a bit fuzzy on their shipping methods and perhaps paying them extra to ship it overnight. I e-mailed their support address and within an hour or so I received a response telling me that my order was received and they use USPS Priority Shipping which takes 1-3 days but it was at the end of their list for shipping priority on Monday and may not be packed and shipped that day. He did say that he would talk to someone about speeding up my order if possible but wasn't sure yet since it was still early there (The support section of their site puts them in Cali, a 3 hr difference for me).
Later on Monday night I received an automated e-mail from LF stating my order status had changed and I had a tracking number! I was super excited that my e-cig was now embarking on its journey.
As of this morning my tracking number was working however it just stated that USPS had been electronically notified of an impending shipment so I hope that it isn't still sitting there waiting to be sent out (I'm not super familiar with online ordering and how well or quickly shipments are updated) I was told by a friend and colleague that sometimes they never get updated after the initial tracking update so I wait now for my parcel to arrive or at least an update of where it is!
So far my dealings with Liberty Flights has been outstanding. They have great prices from what I saw and their support seems great. I loved that I got a quick reply with not only an answer but some extra helpful info and a vow to try and speed up my package. I felt kinda special!
I will update this as soon as either my tracking status is updated or I receive my package!
(As an aside, for anyone who has dealt with LF: How long did your shipment take to be processed, shipped and received? I was told they are pretty good about their orders and shipping things pretty quickly, can anyone confirm this with a mini-review within this thread?)
