I placed an order on a Sunday 3/27/2011 at about 4:30 pm Mountain Standard Time. I had a problem in placing the order and figured it out after the fact. I by no means expected a reply to my email which I sent out right away. I figured Monday at the earliest. Wow! Abe, who gets kudo's by the zillions from me wrote back in literally minutes rectifying the problem and making this customer one of the most surprised and happy individuals in town today. I swear by their RY4 and included 2 sample bottles of each..PG and VG in this order which is a gift for a friend of mine. I am cheating a bit though because I don't remember if it was their VG or PG that I liked most. I ordered both so I can figure that out....But! Hey.
