Liberty Flights shipping problem?

Order on the 21th till date still not shipped out .... email support on 25th get a reply today saying they donno why not shipped yet but will check.... damm sad on their services...

Just had to chime in here. I've had some bad service from them also. Got a bad batch of juice from them, and ordered some cartos on next order. They wrote me a note on my invoice and basically said to try the 100%Vg juices instead. No apologies, no effort at all to keep me as a customer. Cheap premixed juices = bad vaping experience. Have tried multiple flavors from them, mostly come out acidic/alcohol tasting with little aroma and little flavor. Their 20% off button doesn't do me much good, as it made the cartomizers $8 instead of $10. Which, as many here probably know, is a price that can be found almost anywhere for a pack of boge cartomizers. I did get a great price on my Riva starter kit from them(about $40 shipped), but I remember a long wait time before it arrived.

Sorry to hear you had a less-than-stellar experience with LF. I've only been watching the forums since January, and you're the first that I've read that wasn't satisfied. Not that there aren't others out there, but you're just the first I've read personally. I too have checked the prices at LF on their BOGE, and noticed the $8.00 price is similar to other vendors. I've always looked at the entire order when I take the shipping & prices into account. It's really hard to beat a $29.99 Riva kit, or even a $39.99 eGo kit with only $2.99 shipping.

Best price I've seen (non-sale) for BOGE is Litecig, $7.95. Their shipping is just a hair cheaper, would save you 79 cents if you just ordered a pack of cartos. Their comparable hardware is a bit more, $10.00 more for a RIVA kit and $15.00 more for the eGo. I have ordered from Litecig myself when I was in KR808 "heaven" (what I didn't know back then....) and got good svc, so not knocking them, just my own experience.

I can't speak for the juice myself as I've not yet ordered any from LF.

Do we offer a good deal on virtually all items in the shop? Yes, I think we do. We have to watch how low we go on prices as we are actually running a business. With regards to the juice, we are looking in to several flavours that had quality control issues at the supplier end, these things happen and it just means that those lines are not quite as nice as they have been in the past.

I'd say 95%+ of our orders get shipped within 24 hours business, you will find a lot more threads abotu quick shipping than delayed shipping.

Rexter, I have answered your question. We have several days of national holidays where there has been no shipping.

UK Holidays
22nd - 25th April Inclusive
29th April - 2nd May Inclusive

I actually can't make my staff work on bank holidays, as much as I might like to.

Gosh, is all of that because of the wedding?

I NEVER said or implied you have to be the "cheapest" or that your prices are "too high". Why dont you charge $8 for the boges in the first place? Why have a 20% off button if the price is going to be the same as any other vendor for the product? I don't know... It's your business model, and that's up to you. In my experience, some items are better purchased from different vendors. For example, your prices on starter kits are amazing, as the quality is. But your ejuice is not up to my vaping standards. Some vendors I've purchased from actually enjoy giving out samples or correcting orders if a customer is unsatisfied. I was not happy with a note stating that I should try some VG liquids instead of the terrible PG juices I ordered in the past. How hard would it have been to throw in the VG version of the one I was unsatisfied with to let me decide for myself and demonstrate quality customer service? You have "high sales volume", so you're obviously not concerned with keeping customers.

By all means. But the ECF etiquette requires that other vendors not be discussed in suppliers' subfora. You may not be aware of that yet, but this is Liberty Flights' private subforum. If you wish to discuss or compare and conrast vendors, it should be done in the general forum.

Taste is subjective. You'll never find an ejuice supplier that pleases everybody. The nice thing about LF is that they are kind enough to offer small samples so that you can try their juices without making a great investment. If you don't like them, do not order any more. It's really very simple.

You are upset because you didn't get freebies? Really?

You'll eventually find a vendor you like. We all do. I like and use LF because they offer fair prices, some of the best warranties on the products they sell, fast and inexpensive shipping, great customer support and fantastic customer service.

I responded to this thread because of the original inquiry by a fellow vaper, not aware that I had to be careful about what I said since this is a "private forum". I'll be more careful next time I want to share my viewpoint. Glad to see people on here like you who watch the new members, well done.

I try to practice safe posting; when I'm really upset about something, I walk away from the computer for an hour. The urge to post usually goes away... If it doesn't, well, then I post... Which brings on the onset of hoof in mouth...:facepalm:

What can we do? ECF is a life saver. I care about this place and the people who try to quit the deadly habit.

Nic withdrawal can also be painful...:vapor:

I think I would rather just chalk it up to one of those bad nights at work. What makes it so bad is that I did walk away from the computer for an extended time. I have to agree the forums and liberty flights have both been extremely helpful in solving the Nic withdrawals. Hey what can I say we all have those days.
